At Santorini, we are committed to delivering premium products designed for style, performance, and everyday confidence. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
We offer store credit for eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Include all original tags, packaging, accessories, and protective materials.
- Be free from stains, makeup, deodorant marks, scents, pet hair, or signs of wear.
- Include a note inside the parcel with your order number in the format #XXXXX.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Store Credit Only
Santorini does not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method for change-of-mind returns.
Approved returns are issued as store credit only, which will be processed within 1–3 business days after your return has been received and inspected.
Sale items, clearance products, promotional purchases, and limited-edition releases may be considered final sale and may not be eligible for return.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact support@thesantorinistore.com within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number (#XXXXX)
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the defect or damage
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Where a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed, Santorini may provide a replacement item or store credit at our discretion. We do not offer cash refunds.
Your statutory rights under applicable consumer laws remain unaffected.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and Santorini does not provide return labels or cover postage costs for returns, exchanges, or store credit claims unless required by law.
